How do I secure my event date?

After a date has been agreed upon, a $200 non-refundable deposit will be required to hold the date. We will provide an invoice for the remainder of the balance 14 days before your event.

Can the photo booth be customized to match our event theme or branding?

Yes, our digital photo booths offer customizable options including branded overlays, backdrops, props, and digital enhancements to match your event theme or branding.

What happens if I cancel my event?

Life happens, and sometimes there’s nothing you can do about it. While your deposit is non-refundable, it can be applied toward another event, or used to book a different date. If the cancellation is made after the invoice has been paid, there will be  a 20% booking fee charged.

How much space is needed to set up a digital photo booth?

Typically, a digital photo booth requires an area of about 6 feet by 6 feet, with additional space for guests to line up and access the booth comfortably.

How long does it take to set up the photo booth?

Our experienced team can usually set up the photo booth within 30 to 60 minutes before the event starts, depending on the venue and specific requirements.

Do you provide on-site attendants with the photo booth rental?

Yes, all of our photo booth rentals come with friendly and professional on-site attendants who ensure the smooth operation of the booth and assist guests as needed.

How far in advance should we book the photo booth for our event?

We recommend booking your photo booth as early as possible to ensure availability, especially for peak seasons or popular event dates. Typically, booking at least 3 to 6 months in advance is advisable.

What happens to the photos after the event?

After the event, you will receive digital copies of all the photos taken during the rental period. These can be shared online, printed, or used for promotional purposes as desired.

What is included in the photo booth rental package?

Our rental packages typically include unlimited photo sessions, digital copies of all photos, instant printing options, a variety of props, customizable templates, and delivery, setup, and breakdown of the booth.

Is there a limit to the number of photos guests can take during the rental period?

No, there is no limit to the number of photos guests can take during the rental period. They can enjoy unlimited photo sessions and prints throughout the duration of the event.
